What are the Fees?

Fees apply and are charged per application.

The fees are current and vary each month, depending on fluctuations in the exchange rate.

Fees applicable for passport applications are set in Australia in accordance with the Australian Passports (Application Fees) Act 2005 and are subject to change in line with the relevant exchange rates.

Fees are current from 1 January 2025

Replacement (e.g.visa pages are full, minor damage or requires non-gratis name change

How do I pay?

In person Appointment

Fees will be charged at the appointment and are charged per application.

Fees will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to exchange rates and any overseas transaction fees.

Payment can be made with a credit or debit card, or ‘Dutch’ pin card. We cannot accept American Express, or cash.

 

Mail In Service

Once your application has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email that includes a payment authorisation form and further instructions.

We require payment in Australian Dollars (AUD) before we can submit to the Australian Passport Office.

If you wish for your passport to be returned via registered PostNL payment for postage is also required.
