VOG (Certificate of Conduct) application
A certificate of conduct “VOG” (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag) is a document by which the Dutch Minister of Legal Protection declares that the applicant has not been convicted for any crime relevant to the performance of his or her duties.
This is sometimes required as part of the visa and immigration process to Australia.

Make sure that you’ve confirmed requirements with the requesting authority (or sought legal advice) and correctly prepared any/all forms and documents you need.
You must print the Certificate of Conduct (VOG) form and complete 1.1 and 1.2 and provide a copy of your Australian or foreign passport or other forms of government-issued ID bearing or linking your name, photograph and signature.
The Australian Embassy will be able to complete section 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.4a and 2.5 on the form.
This service is offered by mail only. No appointment is required.
You can send the original documents to the Australian Embassy in The Hague by registered post.
Please include a cover letter with a description of the service you need, your return address, email and phone number.

This service is gratis.
The service will be undertaken within 48 hours of receiving the original document.
If you wish for your document to be returned by post, please include this instruction in your cover letter and pay a fee for postage. We will return via registered mail using PostNL.
Alternatively, you will be informed when your document is ready for collection.
